Pretty finger nails don’t just mean those ones with nice polish on them, they also need to be healthy, strong and shines. As protectors of our fingertips, nails are often subjected to damages from chemical products, UV light, dirt, and all kinds of injury. Nails are a dear part of our body instead of being a tool to do all the pulling, pinching and nipping movements.Taking care of our nails is as important as taking care of our skin and hair, and we should pay extra attention to them.

Step 1:

Get ready. Gather up all of the things you need and place them nicely. Be careful, don’t spill anything.

 

Step 2

Soak a cotton ball with nail polish remover. Remove all the nail polish with it. If you don’t have any polish on your nails right now, please skip this step.

 

Step 3

Soak your fingers in sudsy water for five minutes and rinse it.

 

Step 4

Dry your hands and push back the cuticles gently.

 

Step 5

Cut and shape your nail into a U-shape.

 

Step 6

Soak your fingers in lemon juice for 5 minutes, one by one. This is very important. Regular application of lemon juice in this way could make your nails stronger and give them natural  shine.


Step 7

Apply the lotion on your hands and cover them with washcloth for 7 minutes.
