About WIL MY

As part of our initiatives to increase the participation of women in decision-making positions,  TalentCorp Malaysia, in collaboration with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), is pleased to announce the launch of our development programme Women in Leadership (WIL MY).

This eight-month strengths-based executive development programme focuses on developing participants’ leadership skills through a blend of workshops, peer learning groups and one-to-one mentoring sessions. Participant numbers are kept small to optimise networking and learning opportunities. The programme emphasises the sharing of external perspectives, and peer learning, as well as mentoring by a carefully selected group of senior corporate leaders representing various industries.

The programme will be delivered by a local consortium of LeadWomen and Korn/Ferry Leadership & Talent Development.

 Who should attend

WIL MY is designed for senior women leaders who are one to three career stages away from a senior leadership, partnership or board role. The programme is open to women working across all business functions, and is not limited to those in finance roles. Participants are carefully selected to ensure the programme is suitable to their learning needs and career aspirations, and their ability to contribute and participate equally in the peer learning groups.

The programme will run over 8.5 weekdays spread over 8 months.
