Other Comments: Its a nice experience cause the items they sell is beyond expectation. Quality is definately the key, not to mention that it’s nice too. Clear communication was made, they were busy lately and did apologize and clarify that the items will be sent late. Good service! Makes me to come back ‘unconciously’ for updates.hahahaa.

Many estores have the same items actually, some slightly cheaper, some a bit pricier, but what makes the “DIFFERENCE” and adds that “touch” is their customer service and attention to lil details….you know, i got my shoes with a printed note that says “THANKS FOR SHOPPING WITH US, p/s: we’d be thrilled if you like your item!”, well, anybody could print such notes & paste it on ALL their items whether they mean it or not, i know…i know…..but so far, the popsicle girl is great to deal with!

Besides that she purposely went to pyramid just to cod the shoes with me. At first i was kinda afraid that my leg cannot fit the shoes and i will just waste her time to go pyramid cod with me. Fortunately my legs can fit the shoes! =) That time i only had Rm100 with me and she got not change..i couldnt go and change the money because i need to look after my car and she went to starbucks coffee and change it by buying a lollipop.
