  1. Feedback: Positive/Negative. Just state whether your overall experience with the seller was positive or negative.
  2. Item Bought: Describe what item you bought. Be specific in terms of colour, etc. Include an URL of the item if you have it.
  3. First time/returning customer? This shows whether you are a first time buyer or you’ve bought from this shop several times:)
  4. Was the item correctly described?: Yes/No. Was it depicted correctly? Was the image the exact item or a picture from the internet?
  5. Item Condition: 5/5. Was the condition of the item received good?
  6. Communication between seller and you: 5/5. Does seller reply emails fast? Is there any communication/miscommunication between you and seller?
  7. Shipment on time? : Yes/No. Did the seller send the items on time as agreed?
  8. Other Comments: Comment on the shop’s overall policies in terms of shipment, pricing, communication between you and seller. Was everything you needed to know stated properly on the website?
