The Viva Fashion Club at Monash University Sunway is organizing a Flea Market sales during their fashion show in October.
It will be a 2-day event where you get to set up a shop there at Monash University Sunway and sell your items. Did I mention this event is for Charity too 
Some of your proceeds will go to a charitable organization. But not to fret, this could be a great opportunity to market your online shops to young university students who are fashion savvy and boy, do they love shopping too. And giving back to society is just very fulfilling It is open to anyone who wants to open a stall. Just make sure your stuff are sell-a-ble
There will also be a fashion show by the students of Viva Fashion Club.

This saturday, there will be a shopping party organized by A Model’s Studio and A Model’s Xcess. It is an event where you get to buy all AMS and AMX’s stuff offline and meet Samantha, the owner and models in the picture
The event starts at 1230pm until 5pm in the evening at Damansara Perdana on the 6th of September. Somewhere near Friendster Cafe.
The promotion: you are entitled to enjoy 10% discount (purchase above RM150).
Spend more than RM150 and you will get to be a member of AMS and AMX which will then give you more privileges.

Meet Gabriena Lee. 20 year old Monash student. We had this love at first sight for her outfit when we saw her at an event. I’ve never been much of a fan of the quirky glasses until I saw hers and how she match it up with her outfit. She bought it from Vincci only to have it powered so it’s useful as also to make a fashion statement. As for her 2 piece outfit, she got it from her very own boutique - Glampot. Her love for the London street is what influencing her dressing style. I’d say GOOOO QUIRKY!

I myself went for the MME - Merdeka Millenium Endurance Race at Sepang. Caught a glimps of our ex-prime minister, Tun Dr Mahathir there supporting his son for the event. When 12midnight strikes, that’s when everyone gathers, declaring and shouting out loud Merdeka! Merdeka! Merdeka! and after that stood to sing the national song, Negaraku. It’s an awesome experience to be at the track, a total different scene from the usual clubbing/partying.
Berry is actually the colour of the coming Autumn Winter and this runs the gamut from a cranberry shade right up to blueberries and any other berries in between, but we have singled out our favorite berry colour, purple, and showed ten fabulous ways to wear the it in every imaginable way and fabric. It is a colour that looks really rich and lustrous and makes one feel like , well… royalty …

Emmagem went out in search of some fashionable , deemed by a lot as “auntie aged” ladies but don’t play play cos these ladies come really packed in high style and glam, after all they have the advantage of age and yes, vintage is very in at the moment and yes, women are like wine, we are smoother and better in quality as we age. There has been a definite revival of vintage in respect of of women in their prime from mid thirties to mid forties , who are really living it up and enjoying and loving themselves very much… look at the recent revival of models like (Vogue did a photoshoot of them togetheras sort of a 20 year anniversary of sorts) Claudia Schiffer, Naomi Campbell, Christy Turlington, these were supermodels in the 1980’s who wouldn’t rise from their beds for anything less than USD10k a day. Then look again at the top Asian faces like Maggie Cheung , Carina Lau and Michelle Reis, late thirties early forties , but they still got that IT factor.
What they have is not youth, but rather youthfulness and certain depth of maturity that can only come with age and having lived through the ages and all that came along with it , sweet, sour , bitter and definitely the spiciness of life and yes , the exuberance for life, the live and let live attitude. So , yes , some of them may be your mother’s age, but never underestimate that your mother can probably give you a good run for your money because style is not defined by age … and let them be inspirations to the young… Hey , I don’t know about you , but I wanna be as fit and wealthy, sorry I mean healthy as Madonna when I turn fifty , so make it sooner rather later yeah!!

Yes, tartans and plaids are back in big way this fall winter. You can wear it any which way you like , it suits all ages . Nanette Lepore Lingerie Lace Top from Saks Fifth Avenue
While shopping over the weekend, a friend of mine tried on this lace-ey dress at Nichii and omg, I fell in love with it. It was a halter neck kinda neckline with a body hugging silhouette and it stops right above the knee. At one look, it looks really AWESOME. but owh boy look closer and you can see the bras and panty lines(doesn’t help when it was in bright colours). lols. I guess with proper underwear, the dress would look perfect. It was only RM69.90 and such a steal for that awesome look. Too bad she did not buy it.
I’ve always liked laces on clothes. Not overly tacky ones like what your grandmother wears, but a reasonable amount could make an outfit look uber feminine and yet still sophisticated, stylish and sexy
Seems like come this fall (ok so fall is here already), the lace trend is here (according to Elle and many other gazillion fashion media). Doesn’t have to be only clothes, but lace accessories and shoes too make the cut as a trend this fall
