Fashion + Lifestyle
A mid-twenties KL-lite with a passion for writing who loves shopping just as much as any regular girl (and sometimes more!). An avid magazine lover who buys just about every title locally and internationally, it’s no surprise that she writes for one for a living. She will never say no to ice-cream bribes, champagne or Wentworth Miller (Brad Pitt too) and can often can be found lurking around online shopping sites and in Bangsar boutiques, pursuing the latest movies or at the latest fashion events in town. Disliking discourteous individuals and drivers who can’t keep to their lanes, the petite lass often cannot control her language in situations that involve these offending characters.

Book Review
A mother of 2 angels ~ they are my reason for being. A daughter to two of the most wonderful persons on earth, whose ability to love is the epitome and definition of parenthood. A corporate contributor to society, who by day convinces kids to go to Ireland to study. A dreamer with big dreams of owning a B&B offering shelter and sanctuary to those who need it, while I write my memoirs. A friend who is still learning what it means to be one without letting my own intimacy issues get in the way. A girl who is still trying to find out what it is her purpose in life once you take away all the above. And one of the ways in which I hope would help me achieve that is through reading - anything, everything. For it is worth publishing - it’s definitely worth my time to read it!

But he is always open for any suggestions and feedbacks. Do send in your emails including those from Victoria Beckham fans=)
Yin
YinWhen Yin was young, she dreamt of a job that could travel around the world. A tour guide? She couldn’t talk non-stop. Air hostess? She couldn’t wear high heel shoes whole day and still walk gracefully with a smile. Maybe a journalist, she thought. She graduated and held several office jobs but she didn’t feel the spark like when she is cooking in the kitchen. So she quit her job and opened a café in Shanghai. She faced some hurdles and had to close the café. An unpredicted decision, she went all out spending her savings to study at Le Cordon Bleu to start her career as a chef. With experience working in five-star hotel and fining dining restaurants both locally and abroad, she will reveal the ‘not-so-glamorous’ side of chef’s life, sharing her cooking passion and food thoughts… just like what she is doing at kitchennonsense.com.
Incidentally, Yin is also currently the pastry chef at the super luxe Sage, fine dining restaurant at The Gardens.
