Thumbs Up For Grown Ups!

 I love good comedy movies, especially the ones that keep you laughing throughout the movie. And a movie with Adam Sandler, Chris Rock, Kevin James, David Spade and Rob Schneider? You know it’s gotta be good when you’ve got such heavyweight comedians all in one show.

Grown Ups is about five friends who reunite after 30 years for their former basketball coach’s funeral. A lot has happened to them since those 30 years and when the five are reunited once again, they spend the Fourth of July weekend together and relive all the things that they loved to do and missed during their youth.

If you ever need a good laugh after a long and stressful week of working, this is one movie that you can’t miss. It was hilarious and I laughed from start to finish, and it was hands down the funniest movie I have ever seen this year. The cast is great, the lines are funny and witty, the comic timing is great and it was the perfect way to end a long work week with a good movie that just makes you laugh. Don’t expect any deep or meaningful plot and storyline though, because it is a lighthearted comedy movie that is just for fun.

I would give this a four star rating.
