Angelina Jolie is still one of the most sought after actress in Hollywood. Unlike others who rely on cheap publicity stunts, reality shows and magazines tell-all to gain popularity, Jolie can really act and her talent is definitely one thing that has taken her this far in her career. But still who can ignore those insane good look and killer body? Jolie’s transition from a Hollywood wild-child of indie movies to Hollywood darling gets people to notice not only her ability to take on more challenging roles but also her ever changing sense of style that compliments her good look.

Versace leather dress

Jolie wore this dress to Mr. and Mrs. Smith premiere back in 2005. It is very rock and roll and almost a throw-back to Angelina’s wild past. But the shape of the dress and the way she carried the dress on the red carpet made it very feminine and demure.

Backwards BCBG Max Azria

Jolie stirred quite a controversy with this dress that she wore at SAG Awards. Catherine Kallon of the website redcarpet-fashionawards.com was the first to notice the dress was worn backwards. But still Jolie looked chic and further shows how she can put her own spin on designer’s creation.

Floral Collette Dinnigan

She wore this dress to the annual Women of Hollywood event. One word that comes to mind upon seeing her in this dress is ‘ lady’. She looks very motherly (which is great) and as much as floral dresses can often look matronly on most women, when you put it against a body like Angie’s, the dress is  transformed  into something very glamorous and sexy.

High-slit Versace

For her premiere of her latest movie Salt, Angelina Jolie opted for a thigh-high slit dress by Versace. Some fashion critiques argue that the dress is a bit too much but she looks like a Grecian goddess and with those giant tattoos and amazing legs, nobody’s looking at the dress.

Red Versace

Jolie hasn’t been too much into colors. But for another Salt movie premiere, Jolie wore a gorgeous red Versace dress. It’s flowy and it’s lovely to see how she is willing to step out of her comfort zone and wear something like this.

A lot of people think that Angelina Jolie is gifted with pretty much everything that other women out there could only wished for, thus she can wear a potato sack and still looks stunning. But the truth is Angelina’s secrets to her personal style is how well she knows her body and how she keeps everything simple instead of trying to push three key trends at the same time. She never allow herself to become a slave of fashion.
