For those last minute outfit dilemas
By: Cherrypop
With Chinese New Year and Valentine’s Day just around the corner, we’re sure you would have already done your share of shopping for those special occasions but what if you find yourself having to put together an outfit at the very last minute because your friends suddenly want to celebrate Valentine’s Day together or your boy would like to just hang out on that night? We’ve put together 3 different looks that will suit different styles, yet are in line with spring’s hot trends. Look and be inspired.
Outfit 1: Military inspired
With a little bit of layering, this army-style shirt is great unbuttoned on top of tanks or a white shirt.
A simple, blush hued tank top is different from the usual white basic ones.
Roll up ripped denim like this pair for a more laid back feel. Plus it also exposes your shoes so you can show them off.
Cowboy boots that are slouchy are also incredibly comfortable. If you don’t wish to pair them with jeans, a jeans skirt goes just as well.
A casual tote will allow you to bring along everything you need (including a change of clothes).
A leathery, plaited bracelet has edge when brass pyramid studs are added to the equation.
Outfit 2: The romper
A silky pewter grey romper is soft to the touch and incredibly sensual. It’s great for showing off those legs.
Belt the romper to give you a tiny waist.
A statement necklace like this ensures no earrings are required and you look dressed up immediately.
A delicate vine ring dresses up your hands.
A python print clutch adds some slither to your outfit and the pattern breaks up the neutral tones of the romper a little.
Peep toe booties finish off the look and the colour lengthens legs instantly.
Outfit 3: The hippie traveler
An ethnic print maxi dress in this shade of green flatters almost all skin tones.
Dress up the dress with this sparkling faux stone ring.
Simple flats finish off the look.
