It’s a brand new year again- and I bet you have vowed to shape up, shed some pounds and start saving…just like you have…all the previous years before! If you, just like myself are determined to look and feel more fab this time around, please just make sure you don’t end up with beauty misfits like these celebs did last year! Here’s a recap of the top ten celeb beauty slip-ups for 2009!
#10 Cassie’s Split-Personality Hair
Unless you are so totally dying for attention, a half-shaved head on the right side and long locks on the other is definitely a big NO-NO!
#9 Kim Kardashian’s Beach Blunder
Kim posted this picture on Twitter, pleaded for help and even said that “This tan line is not OK!” Please don’t ever forget to slap on the sunblock.
#8 Drew Barrymore’s Face Painting Experiment
Sure, we all need a little colour on our faces to make us glow and perk us up. Miss Drew here however, went a little overboard with the colour palette!
#7 Agyness Deyn’s Tarantula Lashes
With her fringe covering her eyes and tarantula-ish bottom lash fringe, Agyness just look plain ol’ scary and not to mention uncomfortable!
#6 Fergie’s Black and Silver Striped Nails
Nail art especially in black with metallic colours can look. Fergie’s nails here on the other hand, is not how it should be done!
#5 Thomas Dekker’s Guyliner Gone Wrong
If you really want to draw on the black eyeliner, make sure it doesn’t get all smeary. It’s totally unattractive! Maybe he should get some advice from Pete Wentz and Adam Lambert
#4 Megan Fox’s Extreme Wet Look
The wet look can be extremely sexy, but Megan is using way too much hair gel here. If you’ve got a lush mane and want to go for this look, a LITTLE product can go a long way!
#3 Eva Longoria’s Babouska- style Blush
Don’t just load on the blush and do remember not to get too carried away! Just a light sweep of colour on the apples of your cheeks will make you look stunning. Less is MORE!
#2 Claudia Schiffer’s Smoky-Eyes Gone Wrong
The smoky-eye look is supposed to make you look sexy and smouldering. Do remember to practice the look until you’ve nailed it down. Until then, I suggest you don’t step out of the house with panda bear eyes!
# 1 Nicole Kidman’s White Powder Problem
This one certainly takes the cake and deserves the number one spot. Do remember that your make-up base should be light, flawless and make you glow!
