Metal strikes hot this season from catwalk to celebrities and boutiques who offer the latest pieces that are bound to make you think you’ve struck gold. There’s silver, gold and bronze to choose from in varying tones, and if you like, there are different treatments available for this trend; think sequins, embellishments and shine using all sort of different materials like satin and even lycra.

If you think these are too flashy to be worn during the day, think again. There’s no reason to hide your special pieces in your closet and bring them out only on special occasions.
