OWL Boutique has been around since 2007, and just like many of you, Jolene, the owner started out as a flea market seller. Now she has a full blown shop tucked at the corner of the shopping mall. All her items are handpicked and chosen from her travels around the world. There are loads of chic and trendy pieces at OWL. Get your hands on them vouchers now!
