A little, short law news for all of you. Forever 21, like any other similar shops, do similar designs of designer clothing pieces. According to WWD, Forever 21′s being sued by a designer fashion label clothing company called Trovata. It seems that Forever 21 was being sued for copying the exact same designs for 7 different clothes. Being sued is nothing new for Forever 21, it was reported that in the last 3 years, they were sued for more than 50 times for copyright infringement. Most of it were settled out of court, this time they are brought to trial.

    Sue or no sue, Forever 21 is awesome. And it will get even awesome-r come May 1st when they launch Faith 21, a fashion line for curvy girls (and i don’t mean that fake Levi’s jeans curvy).

    It will be launching in selected stores and online starting May onwards :)

    oh yeah, actually F21 is quite well known for ripping off designs.
    I somtimes spot similar designs in Topshop & F21 but of course, F21 cheaper alternative.
