Experts always say, a good lifestyle is when you eat healthily and exercise at the same time. We blame it on our tight schedule and the lack of initiative to sign up with our friendly fitness center; what gives? At the end of the day, we all still want to look good without looking like we’ve piled on the extra pounds, right?

There are a number of body creams in the market that helps you trim and tone your body, especially areas like your arms, thighs and stomach. The creams promise to reshape, slim and firm your unsightly areas – if you use them religiously of course. Review: I’ve actually decided to go on a “lazy man’s route” of slimming and I’m getting myself started on ZA’s Wonder Shaper this week. Upon application, there is a sweet-smelling fruity scent and the creams does not feel sticky on skin. After a few minutes, I noticed a slight tingling sensation (which was expected with all slimming creams) but it soon fades out. It’s also fomulated to minimise the risk of allergy, which is very beneficial to me as my skin tends to breakout. Let’s see if the product claims to work its magic in weeks to come.
