Did you know that when a woman wears a certain piece of lingerie, it will help to convince them that there are indeed sexy? Yup, it’s true! Even though not everyone else may know what you have underneath it all, it’s a great confident boost just for yourself to feel good about you and your body. Wear lingerie as an expression of your femininity and make the most of what you’ve got!

Whether you are flat chested or a DD size, a well fitting bra can be hard to find. Once you learn to pick out the correct bra for yourself, there’s no turning back.

Here are the top 5 bra dilemmas most ladies encounter:

1. Rough Rider

If the back of your bra is riding up, it basically means that the back of your bra is too big. When this happens, try going down a bra size and that’ll be your perfect fit.

2. Double Decker

If your breasts are ‘popping’ out the top of you bra, you cup size is too small! Get yourself a different cup shape and go one size larger.

3. The Bruiser

If you’re experiencing bruising under the breast line, your underwire is way too small. You should never have a bruising from your bra, it should rest comfortably against your skin.

4. Shape Up

It’s important to wear the right shaped bra for your breast. If you’re a DD size, a push-up bra will just create discomfort. Likewise, large-cup girls shouldn’t wear a triangle bra, as this can cause uneasiness and back pain.

5. Comfort Stop

The work of a bra is to make you feel supported and lifted. If your bra is uncomfortable, it basically means you’re wearing the wrong size or style.

So head on to a lingerie specialty store and get measured properly and wear a proper bra :)

There Are 5 Responses So Far. »

  1. So very true. Most women don’t really know if they’re the right size or not and what makes it sadder is we lack good assistance from stores. so far there’s only been one where i came across where they were very informative and helpful regarding the right size and the right fit as well as the ‘how to’s’ which was at Bruttal @ Bangsar Village II.

Good lingerie not only boosts confidence but also helps make everything look better in the mirror and of course helps from dreaded gravity taking it’s toll.

    true, no?

  2. Never really a good thing. Sigh

  3. Jini: Yeaps, it is sad that we don’t have proper education about bras.

Harmony: Yeah, not a good thing when wearing the wrong size..
