Figs & Ginger is an indie shop owned by a power couple team who makes really adorable eco-friendly jewelry. They aim to make sure that their sterling jewelry compliment a sexy little black dress or make any outfit look outstanding. Rest assured that their jewelry are 100% handmade. They forge, saw and solder each piece by hand. That’s how much work is put into one little jewelry.

Inspired mostly by the beauty of nature, their pieces are mostly animal and nature related. They also have an eco-friendly wedding band collection coming up soon. So if you’re an eco-chic getting married soon, go get them eco rings:)

Figs & Ginger are one of the many e-shops worldwide that are going green. They call their jewelry Eco-friendly because they have taken these measures to ensure that they are saving the world, one baby step at a time. They also encourage people to shop locally at a nearby store. Figs & Ginger ships internationally.

RECYCLE!

One of the best and most basic way to go green is to recycle. We were taught this in school and if you’re still not doing it, what is wrong with you!! If you have old jewelry that you really don’t wear anymore, or it has gone out of trend, rip it apart and pull together a new string of necklace in a newer trend. Go to accssories specialty shops that sell all the knick knacks of jewelry making and start making your very own jewelry from that old one which has gone off season.
