Easy exercises to shape your abs this Chinese New Year!

Chinese New Year is round the corner , I don’t know about you but I am still fighting my Xmas bulge. So, I have resolved to get my body in shape for this CNY, moving away from the apple or was it pear shaped. I have a plan , yes I do. 12 days, 720 minutes will be broken down to 30 minutes of cardio everyday for next twelve days and after that weight training also thirty minutes also every day. Yes!! tummy begone….
Tummy has always been a big issue a lot of women out there and I am not an exception. Tummies occur when your core muscles are not strong . And since a strong core is strongly correlated to a healthy waist to hip ratio that spells a minus for heart problems ,therefore strengthen your strong core muscles and voila, washboard abs and healthy heart. There are various sites that help calculate your waist to hip ratio , the one that you just click on is easy and tells you body shape type as well. You know, which fruit shape are you most like?
In my looking for an easy way out , since crunches are tough on the back, sit ups in the pro exercise industry is banned according to a personal trainer friend and cardio exercises takes a lot of determination albeit a quick way and most result defining way. So am ever I glad that I stumbled upon this video! I mean if physical exercise fails , I shall exercise my brain and the power of the universe through the now famous visualization process …just think , think, think as Tigger and Friends would say!As in watch and visualize myself as the reed thin, very fit model.
Results have proven that regular exercise will make even the most stubborn orange peel and fats in your mid section disappear. However , whilst exercise and burn is most important, over indulgence in food is not going to help. The only way out is healthy and smart eating . So what is out there these days , it gets tiring sometimes just having to keep going without much result.
My drill for this New Year:
1) There is a new fad diet called m-ufa diet. Monounsaturated fats (m-ufa) from the almond nuts, peanuts and olive oils as well as avocado mixed in your daily meals like salads for instance helps burn off mid section fats , fast! It’s also quite workable and delicious.
2) Eat small but regular meals to kick start and maintain a high metabolic rate. That works too , absatining from food just makes me gorge later.
3) Drink lots of water because drinking increases metabolic rate as well (whadya know) , the quota is 8 liters daily as a general rule of thumb.
Of course just drinking without exercise may result in drowning. (Still working up the quota)
4) Also , do 30 minutes of cardio weights at least 4 times a week and add in some weight training just for the heck of it abut really to build bone desinity and an overall metabolic fat burn because it works even after you have stopped exercising, according to personal trainers.
So get the right exercise, eat smart and be off fashionista, to a glowing and healthy new you for this Lunar New Year!

lol. Ive been a cheerleader for a year now and my abs are just STARTING to shape.
The key to it is non stop everyday crunches. Like mine,I do my crunches like twice a week? So it takes time to form.

Hi, Amanda, do it for as long as you are happy with the results….always be mindful about not over exerting …get some pro consultation if you are really serious about getting into shape.. but if you are familiar with ab exercises already than this exercis ewill further strengthen your abdominals…
