Celebrating confidence, individuality and motivation, the new Adidas campaign for 2009 sees the iconic sports label being transformed in a series of intimate portraits of sportswomen captured in moments of their daily lives and fitness routines. Titled ‘Me, Myself’, real women as well as sports stars like tennis star player Ana Ivanovic, Los Angeles Sparks basketball player Candace Parker, taekwondo Olympics bronze medalist Iridia Salazar and volleyball player Miwa Asao are featured in this campaign.

The honest, raw images showcase key looks from Adidas’ spring/summer 2009 adilibria, Clima 365, Yatra and TECHFIT POWERWEB Yoga ranges and are incredibly functional, versatile and stylish, whether you are about to take your dog for a walk, hitting the gym or meeting your friends for a quick coffee on the weekend before your yoga class.

Said Ana Ivanovic about the campaign’s concept, “The new Adidas philosophy of Me, Myself is inspiring to me because it shows women as individuals; that we are all athletes in our own right and we all have things that we do differently whatever level of athlete we are.”

The ‘Me, Myself’ spring/summer 2009 campaign is out in January 2009 and is featured in Adidas Sports Performance stores, the Adidas online store and at selected sports retailers worldwide.
