Booties , they are my thing for this season. This time I really mean the booties , you know the ones that look like shoes with laces  on stacked heels . now recently reinvented with  stilletoes and ridiculously high heels and even more avant garde designs!     I saw these in the shops, but I can’t help but think that they remind me of those tiny shoes that women with bound feet used to wear… creepy.

    Oh, wow, I forgot to mention Zara also has a whole selection that are to die for , your feet that is…yeah synical , fashion can be painful!

    My feet are too wide for shoes like that anyway…

    Hey, synical , thanx, I missed out Aldo! and I like House too!

    I have broad feet as well, the brands that cater for wide feet are Fiorucci and Nine West and Clarks actually. Depending on your budget, get the real leather ones cos you can stretch them at home like stuffing loads of hard paper the size of your feet and leave them there for a while, leather expands and wearing is more bearable.. I know…or else look for the more rounded front ones… there is a pair of bootie out there for everyone! I know it!
