Last Sunday, we were there again at Chics Closet in BSC. Well, the weather wasn’t much different compared to the previous week but what makes up for it is, well.. the vendors!

The banner stand, you just can’t missed it.

On the way into BSC, there’s a big white canopy outside WIP. And there’s where the party is! This time around, there are different vendors to feed our appetide! Yay!

Jolene from The Stickers Monster were there too!

See all the pretty stickers?? I bought some myself while chatting with her. Surprisingly, it wasn’t the little kids who bought stickers, it was us the older ones! It somehow triggers back to our childhood days. There was even an auntie going “ooohs and ahhhhs” over the stickers. *grins*

A Mobile Jumpy thing! It sure looks like a heck of fun. Only, I’m a bit too shy to be jumping or hopping around and about it in public! *gasps!*
Pretty jewelleries!
See what is bazaar all about? Cheap! Cheap! Cheap!
Royal Shopping Arcade
Check out those pretty sandals and thongs from Momento Shoes!
The sweet owner of Bhajue Boutique
La’Belle was there again and they will be til next Sunday. Petite girls, if you had hard time finding the right size, here’s the right place!
See that there are kids clothings sold there as well. This bazaar does not miss anyone out. Everyone counts. *grins*
These are the handmade jewelleries from Take.Me. The owner couldn’t make it to the bazaar, so instead she had help from her lovely sister.
Hellooo Make Up Fever Forever! I could still remember them from the last bazaar at Jeumpa D’ramo. They are so friendly you just wanna keep talking to them! Connie D, one of the owners.
More jewelleries for the girls from Mimpi!

Quirky art work from SquareFrog. Her artwork are AWESOME. Please go buy some from her:)
Lets not miss out another fabulous bazaar this coming Sunday!
Same place (outside WIP at BSC), Same time (11a.m to 6p.m). Emmagem will be there too! Again! ![]()

Keep up the good work!
this bazaar is SUCKS! trust me.. so few people come and few seller.. then the goods also not so many various. so monotone… i’ve been there before then i got bored with all the stuff..
hello flammer!
Well, each bazaar has its own unique selling points. Too bad you didn’t like it. . .
Thanks for your honest feedback on the bazaar, i’m sure the organizers will take your feedback and try to improve!:)
Hi Flammer,
You are absolutely right! We should bring more vendors with more stuff. We should have something for everyone. Unfortunately the venue provider dont see us eye to eye in this matter. And due to space constraints we arent allowed to bring many.
And Karen is right, every bazaar is DIFFERENT. No two bazaars are alike, some will have bands and some dont. Some like bands and some dont. So every bazaar may not suit everyone’s likings.
Well, we learnt a LOT from this. And definitely will carefully choose our partner next time.
Thanks for the feedback ya!

Btw Flammer,
Every cloud has its silver lining, bad experience doesnt mean every situation or experience will be bad all the way…so yes, we regret that the whole thing was altered way differently that what we have orginally planned. This is something we must take note when dealing with Complex Management.
But heck, it was an experience to rememeber and if you have a good feedback to share, do write to us at c.chics@gmail.com. We cant wait to read your great ideas.
Rgds.
Dear Flammer, thanx for your feedback…it is always informative to get feedbacks like yours…it gives a chance for the feedback recipient to learn from it and understand their consumers better as a feedback is a reflection of the consumer and his or her needs…
Incidentally was there anything that you like, what would be some of your suggestions for improvements ?

is that bazaar still on this sunday 24th???? same in WIP bangsar??
I went to this bazaar last week n 101% agree with flammers! The bazaar is totally SUCKS! It was just a waste of time.. Tell u guys, u won’t b fun there!! Mr/Ms organizer, u should do smthg to get more crowd! Pity the vendors for joining this bazaar!
yes xandi
Hi Pathetic,
Yes, unfortunately - we need to abide by the many rules set by the venue provider. We cant do a lot of things and cant even bring in vendors that will usually spice up the event. If only we have the freedom to do more according to our plan, the place will be pack!!
Dont worry, we will come back with a BIG BANG. And yes, better than ever. We have not so pleasant dealing the venue provider either, but we take it with a good stride. We all learn from bad experience and be good at it over time.
As for the traders, businesses may have its ups and downs. We can never tell if every bazaar we join we will have crowd/make sales….cant blame solely on the organizers. these are the risks that we need to take with open mind. We are traders ourselves too. What important is the exposure and network we made with other traders who took part. Not everything is a loss.
So Pathetic and Flammers, do drop us an email (c.chics@gmail.com) if you have great ideas. Its easier to complaint/comment when something sucks (when things happened beyond our control or not according to plan), but we can certainly make a difference if we suggest something better and let someone improves!
Hey, nothing is ever perfect - especially in unpredictable situations. We can always watch, learn and improve. And that’s being human.
xoxo.
i did go the bazaar and i’m afraid i’ve to agree with flammer and pathetics. the bazaar really dull and don’t have much stuff. i did come from kl just to go there but sadly, it was not what i expected to be.
hopefully, you guys will make it even better next time k, and i will still come and support
Thanks Ena! Thats a good feedback
i went to d bazaar 2 weeks ago and i bot baby baju for my son! altho the bazaar appears to b quiet, i dun think chics closet (aka organizer) is at fault. i work with shopping complex before & we have many rules for tenants to do bazaar/flea market. so i think this is not plan by chics ya. shopping complex is not same like other outlet, we cnnot let tenant simply do what they want. so giv chics a break from tis comment. one good thing is that chics give table & chairs to vendors, some organizer dont give at all. so kudos to chics! keep up the gud work. i believe u guys will do better given a better opportunity.
Thanks Ain! You probably bought from our vendor Zetti or Belinda
Glad you like the clothes!
And thank you again for the kind words, you are ABSOLUTELY right. The whole thing happened not as per our plan! And we regret that the outlet didnt give us a chance to hold a proper/happening bazaar!
I do agree with Aini.. Chics Closet hv done their best for this event, everybody will do the same if they hv an opportunity to organize an event like this, but we cannot just put all the blame to the organizer, they are also traders and they hv tried their very best to pleased all the vendors. No one knows what might happen along the way.. At least she made it till the last and don’t give up kan Angelin!?! All the best to u Angelin. I’m sure u could make it better for the next one. (=
Wada!
You are one of the most understanding traders we have! Thanks to the others who understood and stood by us as well - it cheers us up really!
Glad to have you on board Wada! Join us again soon! Together we make it a big success!!
We’re just like a baby who started to learn how to crawl…once we are able to ‘walk’, we can definitely ‘run’ during the show, who knows may even fly! (hehehe….maybe not)…..:-D
Once fail doesnt mean a failure forever
Maybe you guys can do it at a wider place, like a house? A BIG BIG ONE =) and that way, you guys can rock your bazaar however you like. Or rent a Community Hall, or like a Badminton Court or something..seriously i think its big enuf for a whole load of people.
I havent been to your bazaar or any of the bazaars organized by other organisers but I am trying to make time for one or two..ehehehe..anyways keep up the passion and drive to go further in this industry as I do understand being an owner myself, it takes a whole lotsa passion in fashion to do this kinda thing..so gambateh!
Anyway, just wanna say kudos for making this happen, to serves all sides better and easier ; you as an organiser ; traders so that they can reach a wider market for those who are skeptical to buy online ; and for those as buyers who have the opportunity to have a look at those lovely pieces seen online and to be able to finally take them home for good.
yay!!! eheheheeh ..enuf talking d…
Keep up the great work chics
Love

Awwww…Jane, we love you for the comment!
Thanks so much for the kind feedback. We will seriously take note of them!
Hope to meet you someday dear!
=) no worries dear..keep up the good work..will try to visit someday ..eheheehe
Hey gals,
I thought the bazaar went great. I had just arrived in KL that day and hit another bazaar before Chics Closet, and to be honest, I much prefer Chic’s.
Although you guys didn’t have a band or any fancy schmancy activities going on, it was lively and welcoming (plus, WIP’s hot dog’s were GRRREAT.) unlike the other.
Keep up the community spirit, because it’s great when you step into a place that makes you feel a part of something.
I’d love to see you guys grow into a bigger place next time round, but I’ll be sure to check you guys first. Worth coming all the way from Penang!
PS : It’ll be GREAT if somebody helped organize something in Penang. I’m up for it! Where are all the Penang based blog shops at?!
Email me? ny__sp@hotmail.com! =D
Hi Nicole!
Hmmm…something great to think about
And thank you so much for the words! We tried our best to please everyone, and sometimes during the process - we are unable to please hard enough
Your support means a LOT to us!
God Bless You!
