does anyone know where can i get white tights like blair’s (Middle)?

Tights are all over the place:) I saw white ones in Soxworld, and a few other socks shops in the mall. You can also try Sungai Wang.

yeah… soxworld has it. n http://www.fashionistaslovespell.blogspot.com has something similar (actually it’s more of a legging but really tight fitting) it’s nice…. trust me coz i’ve bought 1 from them… hehe…
