   i got a nice black dress with strap around the neck.. it kinda sexy cleavage body hugging dress.. thou it not bubble skirt but it indeed elegant n suitable for ball..
   anyway, it a new dress that was bot but never been worn..it onli rm45!
   perhaps u can dropby n hv a look..

   i usually buy my my dress at harajuku or orange sorbet in jusco midvalley…all dress is below rm100
   the dress much more casual style.. so can wear it again afterwards..
   i think forever 21 has lots of dress too.. and also principles..
   and nichhi…

    Hi Amira,

    Never underestimate what you can do with RM200. You don’t necessarily need to go out there and buy a dress, although if you choose to, I’d suggest Topshop, MNG, or Forever 21, because they carry dresses that have a higher standard of quality, which means it’ll last longer and are usually versatile enough to wear over and over again in various different styles.

    However, there is the other option of Improvising. A masquerade ball sounds fun, but the best thing about it is that most of the focus will be on your face, so you can afford to work more from the neck up instead of the other way round.

    Depending on your body type, and this is definitely something to take into consideration since the worst thing you can do is to squeeze yourself into something thats totally NOT you, you can creatively come up with styles that may not even require you to spend your entire budget.

    Since it’s a pretty dressy event, you could even work with two pieces and put them together with a waist belt. Work with layers and colours to manipulate the eye to certain areas (or away from some…). Top it off with a bunch of accessories, and some killer heels!

    I would suggest De Rouge at Ground Floor of The Place at Damansara Perdana. Its not bad, I bought a dress there for around RM180. Maybe upstairstheboutique at Damansar Perdana as well. I think the price is rather reasonble. http://www.upstairstheboutique.blogspot.com.
    Or you can try MNG and Forever 21 since they are on sales now. I saw a black dress at Forever 21 which was on sale for RM80 only.
