Question: Body Foundation
By: yetmeeHi Yet Mee,
Let me introduce myself. My name is A….I’m 22 yrs old. I’ve been a fan of emmagem. This website give me a lot guide of fashions.
But i have a problem that i want to share with you.I love fashions but i have quite a limited clothes to choose on as i had a back acne.So i cannot wear those spagheti strap without a cardigan.
Is there any kind of foundation(spray on) like air brush for body skin that can last long for a day?
I know there is but not sure where to get those cos last time my friend bought this foundation spray to spray on her leg(whenever she wants to wear skirt) as to cover her scar.
Do you know any? Please help.
Hey, A…., I know MAC has a leg foundation, it is RM105.00 (found it at SOGO, tehy also have counter in Pavilion and Parkson KLCC ), you can use on body as well, first you spray on to even color then you put concealer and last set it in with the powder. Test it put at the counter for max effect. I also heard from the beneFits cosmetic person, that they have a body foundation or concealer that is purportedly able to cover even tattoos, however search in their website , did not get a clear idea which is this “miracle” concealer… nearest I got was the boi-ing concealer, which is not yet available in Malaysia or so I am told….check out their website www.benefitcosmetics.com
Anyway hope this helps and may you party flawlessly all night long….

Hey there,
I don’t quite know of any spray on body foundations that can help you in this dilemma, but I’m sure some answers will come flooding in soon for that.
However, I will say that one of the troubles that I’ve noticed of people with back acne is that they don’t seem to pay much attention to it other than covering it up. If you were to use a foundation, be it liquid or spray on, I suggest a good exfoliation before the application of it, to prevent blotchyness or pasty looking skin. Plus, it’ll probably prevent flaky looking skin after the night’s over, and will help in the long run.
Getting rid of the excess dead skin makes blemishes look smaller and cleaner, and it’ll also help prevent future breakouts since dead skin as well as the layer that it forms will trap more dirt and grime that will end up clogging up your pores.
A light, water based moisturizer would help a lot, too…
Hope that helped! =)

Oh yeah, and make sure you check the ingredient list on the foundation that you choose to use, because it might just aggravate the acne more.
Something non-oily and free of mineral oils and anything that sounds like the word ‘parrafin’ would be great. Or even perfumes that can irritate the skin.
