Emmagem.com has come up with a feedback system for all online shops listed on the Malaysian Online Shopping Directory. Each shop can apply for a feedback page and it is fully managed by emmagem.com.

Before you head on to our MOFSD to shop online, be sure to check out their feedback page and see what other shoppers has said about their shop’s policies, shipping and overall rating!:)

About MOFSD Feedback Page

Online shopping in Malaysia has been around for almost a year now. It has been flourishing and of course, when there’s a lot of demand for it, there would be a lot of complaints and praises for the online shops.

Emmagem.com has been listing all online shops in Malaysia in its Malaysian Online Shopping Directory. Ever since then, we have received a lot of emails concerning the shops that were listed.

Some were praises and others were complaints. Emmagem holds no responsibility on how the shops do their transactions, but all we can provide is a place where customers can leave comments and feedbacks on their transactions with the shops.

We have then made a feedback page for any e-shop that needs to show the public that they are doing a good job at delivering what they are selling and are honest business people!:)

HOW TO leave a feedback?

It is very easy to leave a feedback, even my pet parrot can do it:)

1. Look at the list of shops here or alternatively, search for the online shops on the top right sidebar .
2. Click on the shop’s name.
3. Copy the form provided and paste on the comment box right below all the comments.
4. Fill in the form and click “Speak”.

That’s all!

Example: Clothes For Fun now has 31 positive feedbacks!!! That shows how much people believe in her and just see the feedbacks given! Its all praises and this shows how good the seller is at her job! Yay to Clothes For Fun. Leave Clothes For Fun a feedback now
