On another note: We are currently working in a Feedback Page Site for all MOFSD shops (probably even the boutiques) so that customers can leave feedbacks on their favourite shops on the good (and bad) service. Customer Service is a super important factor when it comes to evaluating how the business will grow. Since it is made my us, emmagem management, it will be from a third party and there won’t be any biased feedbacks. It is still under construction.
