Fall Fashion with a Sunny Twist
Shops are currently carrying the Autumn/Winter lines. Don’t fret. True fashionistas will try to incorporate the latest trends into our perpetually summer wardrobe.
Here are some of the current looks that you can work with in sunny Malaysia.
KnitsInstead of those made from wool, try and find those with a lighter material. If they reach mid thigh, you can wear them with bare legs and some sandals or with tights and ballet flats. Considering most places are air conditioned, this is the perfect sloucy autumn look to browse KL malls in.

Wide leg trousers
Wear these with tank tops or baby tees to soften the look and incorporate hints of summer.
ChecksThese go hand in hand with the current back to school look. Wear a fitted check shirt with jeans. You could also steal a man’s fitted checked vest and wear it over a white shirt.
Dark coloursTry to avoid being dressed head to toe in dark colours in Malaysia. It’s too hot and the sun wouldn’t do justice to its sexiness. In the day, break up dark colours with splashes of colour.

Volume
This fall, it’s all about loose, unstructured dressing. Pick your wobbly bits and hide them with this look and show off your best assets. Bubble dresses or skirts can be cinched with a belt to create a small waist.
